CNAs and Their Role in Skilled Nursing Facilities
This educational video presentation examines the role of the certified
nurse assistant (CNA) in the care of elderly residents of skilled nursing
facilities. Along with interviews of residents and employees of the skilled
nursing facility, three short vignettes exemplify the importance of the
CNA in the healthcare of an elderly resident.
Aging in Place: Assisted Living and the Role of the Basic Caregiver
This educational video presentation examines the role of the basic caregiver.
A background on assisted living is provided along with interviews with
nurses and other caregivers explaining the pivotal role of the basic caregiver
