care team, you can do what nobody else can to improve your loved
one's quality of life. That's why we encourage you to speak up. We
have a great deal to learn from your observations and your concerns.
We invite you to make suggestions. You know your loved one best, and
you know what would benefit them most. Please ask questions. The more
you understand about their condition and about our facility, the more
you can contribute. Most of all, stay involved. You mean more to your
loved one's quality of life than anything we can provide.
