We also look at quality care as a goal that is, at least in part, measurable. To do that, we keep a lot of records to capture data in all areas that will tell us something meaningful about how we're doing. We compare that data to industry standards to make sure we're doing things consistently with other long-term care facilities. For example, we'll look to see whether the kinds and number of medications prescribed for our residents are consistent with other facilities. If we see an area where we might need improvement, we set specific goals, and we measure how well we do in meeting them.
