Providing quality care on an ongoing basis means
asking ourselves some very important questions; and we ask them all
the time. Does the care we provide truly parallel the qualities of
home? Are we accomplishing that in all areas of care, for all our
residents? Do we have effective systems in place to make sure we do
parallel the qualities of home for all our residents, all the time?
Do we involve our residents' friends and families deeply enough in
the care planning process?
