review of the management of dementia summed up the evidence on AChEIs
by stating: “Global changes in cognition, behavior, and functioning
have been detected by both physicians and caregivers, indicating
that even small, measurable differences may be clinically significant.”
Vitamin E likely delays the time to clinical
worsening; selegiline, other antioxidants, anti-inflammatories,
